1 1/2c dooked brown rice(cooled) 6 eggwhites, beaten 8oz cooked chicken breast or shrimp 1/4c green onion 2cloves garlic, peeled and finely diced 2tbsp low sodium chicken broth dash reduced sodium soy sauce pepper to taste....( I like dried chille peppers in mine for extra zest) ~Cook eggwhites in non-stick skillet and set aside. Spray pan with non-stick spray, add rice and chicken and cook until warm. Add broth and eggs and cook until hot. Season to taste with pepper or chilles. Cals: 185 Carbs: 17.8g Protein: 23g Fat: 2.4g Fiber: 1.5g
