High Protein Cappuccino Brownies

This is so easy to make. Buy No Pudge brand brownies, any flavor is good. I'm a chef at an Italian restaurant so I try to keep my recipes in an Italian theme. For this reason, cappuccino is the one I usually buy. The recipe calls only for the brownie mix and one small container of fat free vanilla yogurt. Make it with two small containers of the yogurt instead. Add six egg whites, 1 1/2 cups of splenda, and 6 scoops of choclate whey protein. Mix well. Scoop the mix into a well greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 34 minutes. This should yield 12 good size brownies that pack 15-20 grams of protein per slice. I enjoy this best with a scoop of light choclate ice cream.

Wow....this sounds so GOOD! Now if I could only find a store that sells "No Pudge brand brownies"? LoL Maybe I could make it from scratch? Hmmm... Thanks for sharing! ~D~
