I am 20 years old, i have been weighing 55 kg all my life. But the last time i weigh was 58kg. Not sure how heavy i am at the moment. I just started doing training for about 3 weeks at home, since is holiday and i don't have a gym to go to. Below is my home program : 1st day Push up = 25x3 Leg raises = 25x3 2day Crunches-30x6 ( i try to do crunches consistenly about 5 days) 3rd day Hover(butt up) 1x3 min Run 45 min 4th day Tricep bench dip Jump squats 25 times I increase the amount of sets whenever i felt i can do more. I've been losing a lot of weight i reckon, when i look at myself, my tummy was gone, but is still flabby. And i require more muscles on the chest and arms which i am trying to do more push ups. I just wanna ask, is it common to lose so much weight when you train? I am just not used to see myself so bloody skinny.but i can see the muscles are toned up at some areas. I've only started doing bodybuilding about 3 weeks and i will only get access to the gym when uni reopens. So i am just wondering is there anything i can do to increase my bodyweight and size? I plan to go swimming and do some dumbells but my dumbells only weigh 2kg. I need some advise regarding the excercise and also supplements i should be taking. I am considering to get some protein shake? Is it a good idea or will it help me to gain weight and increase my current size? thanks guys/ add me wah17@yahoo.com to ur msn, and perhaps i can help much more. thanks

Hie just would like to ask you guys, Should my workout be slow and correct. or should i be doing it fast and more intensity.// i couldn't decide. my friend used to teach me, don't bother doing fast, just do it slow and correctly is much more effective then doing it fast.. i would like to increase my muscles, currently all my muscles are toned up. Should i be increasing the number of reps or should i increase the weights and do less reps?

Since you want size increase the weight. Also I notice you want to gain body weight, eat eat eat. Get alot of calories in everyday. Spread your meals out so over 6 meals a day.

just wanna ask you guys.// is it okie to run for 25 minutes , cardio training then go on to circuit training .. i have been running and doing circuit training everyday, because i want to lose some tummy fats.. and also i have altered my training by how sore are my muscles, whenever i don't feel sore on any muscles then i'll will workout on the muscles. if the muscles are sore, then i rest those and do other parts of the muscles.. please advise me.. i just read some where if i do cardio training and then head to circuit training, i'll only be burning muscles and not fats.. ( and this is definately not what i want)
