Hey everyone, My name is Chris and I figured it was time for me to join a body building related site. To give a proper bodybuilding intro, my stats are as follows: Weight: 190lbs Height: 5'11 Age: 21 Bench: 260~ Squat: ~200+ Deadlift: 260~ etc.... I currently have a shady 4-pack, hopefully I will loose the amount of tire I have left by summer (I'm sure I will) I wanted to see what you guys thought about my whole program. I workout pretty hard, mostly 5-6 times a week. In the past I haven't seen dramatic results but now I'm tired of it so I am being good on my diet. Diet is so important and I was eating a lot of crap and not getting a suffecient intake of protein for my weight index. Now, I am taking over 200 grams of protein a day and I plan on seeing some bomb ass results. I use IsoPure protein and Body Tech protein. I'm currently on CE2, its going good. I am going to make a seperate post about CE2 (hope I don't geet flamed for this). I am also starting to try out Redline by VPX, this stuff is crazy awesome. Well...I suppose I just wanted to introduce myself here. THanks for taking the time to read guys. p.s. I will make sure to utilize the search feature on this site. OOOPS, I just realized there is a "Introduce yourself here" Thread. Doh! Sorry guys, admin please move if you can. Thanks!

Post up how you split your routine over the 5 - 6 days Rage. I assume that you are doing short workouts and resting in between to recover fully so you dont overtrain? I will say welcome to the forums, but it will seem silly as I am brand new myself :p

Hey guys, thanks for the responses. Basically my week program is like this: Monday - off Tuesday - 2 hours in the gym. Consists of heavy weight lifting, stretching, light cardio, pull-ups, dips, and push-ups. Wednesday - Jogging - 3 miles Thursday - Same as Tuesday Friday - off or same as wednesday Saturday and Sunday same as Tuesday Each time I am in the gym I focus on one large muscle and one smaller muscle (IE Tuesday I will do Chest and Biceps, Chest first) My diet sucked, I weigh 190lbs and for the results I wanted I was taking in nearly as many grams of protein as well as eating too much junk. FOr the last week I have been taking in at least 240+ grams of protein. Mainly through protein shakes in skim milk. I have been trying to stick to complex carbohydrates and have small snaks throughout the day. I have one solid meal for dinner. I am trying to take in less than 2500 calories a day, I know this is not a lot of all but I need to loose this damn gut of mine and in a week I have already seen progress, and I have also gained size. w00t.

it seems to me you are spending too much time in the gym. 2 hours? wow. i normally try to keep my workouts from 45-60 minutes. imo, try less sets and reps and heavier weight.
