Hi im new to this website and got into body building just a about 1 1/2 months ago. I train 3-4 days a week and also do crew 4 days a week. I am 15 years of age 6'4 and about 224 lbs. My main question is if im eating all this food every day to build muscle then how am i ever going to loose some fat? Also i feel my back squat is in bad form for i feel pain in my upper back sometimes while doing it, do you have any suggestions for this? I want to be a professional body builder and some parts i need help on are my lats and deltoids and really just all my back.
If you have any answers please respond

You won't until you have a calorie deficit. It's pretty simple. If you eat more than you burn, your gonna gain weight, if you burn more than you eat, your gonna lose weight.

If your currently trying to build muscle, don't worry about losing fat right now, but worrying abou that, it'll just hurt your muslce building gains. Once you get to a certain point, concentrate on losing fat, and maintaining what muslce you've gained. This is a pretty common quesiton so look around for more info.

Simple. Lighten the load until your form is good and your not in pain. Don't risk an injury. Just because you can lift it a few times, doesn't mean you should be if your having wierd pain.
