I know there is no such thing as spot reducing, but what are some of your favorite triceps exercises, particulary those you can do on the road, or outside of the gym?

By far, Tricep Dips.  You can stack weight on your lap and even if you are traveling and have no weights you can use the cofee machine or whatever you can find, wine bottles............and on the lap for resistance.
Kickbacks run a close second.

for Triceps?
Well I vary from once per week to twice per week depending on season, and can be up to 4 exercise for tris when I peek.  Tri dips, kickbacks, tri pushdowns and I always vare grip handle from rope to straight or reverse on bar or even singles or single reverse.........tri extenstion, overhead........nose crushers is also on the top 3, coming in 3rd......ummmm, diamond pushups.....
I also vary reps and weight depending on my training season.

My main issue with tris is I hold my last bit of fat there, even at 7%, doing caliper readings, my tris were the fattiest!!!  many women find a similar issue, so if you are looking for that shape it can be you have it but just hold more body fat there.   I have seen a few blessed women who had very little body fat there but they were also thin like courtney on survivor.............very little muscle as well.
Hmmm, wonder why the body would feel the need to pad triceps.......I can understand bum, legs, tummy......organs and human function protection etc but why triceps???  maybe to protect the shoulder and elbow joint?
Anyway, also thanks, you always look great, probably without trying so the compliment is not taken lightly, I am very appreciative.

i know you asked linda but you can do pushups with keeping your arms right next to your body, and if you want to mix it up and make fists with your palms facing forward and do push ups on your knuckles, its similar to a reverse grip bench that way (works tri's hard), make sure to keep the arms tight to the body during this movement as well

those remind me of diamond pushups (which also works the tris).

nada bella............
btw.......if you do make it out here and are willing......we should do a shoot.  I am seeking to shoot with some other models who have pay sites and are willing to do topless or nudes, although I only do implied myself, I think it will add my site and my physique may add to theirs so its like an exchange being able to please members with some diversity as well as pairs shooting as well as attract new members.  Not sure but I assume you are female and are the on in your blog pics, in which case if you do have a site and it sounds like a positive idea for you then let me know and we can set something up.
I love shooting with other models, it brings out better pics from me, I guess I feel I have to really shine in order to look as good as the other model so the shots end up amazing although I have only done a few pairs shoots, I am going to be doing more this year now that I have time to network a bit.
