ok, first off, do you have any dumbells or weight you can use?
anyways you'll find lots of routines in the training section, plyometrics routines too, use the search tool

Bench max - 188lbs
Deadlift max - ¿?
Front Squats(atg)- 5x165lbs

if you have anything above 15lbs then you'll be fine for a while, this is a really soft routine but as you'r a beginner i believe you'll be fine with it

it's a 3 day split push/pull/legs

Day 1 (push):

weighted push ups 4 sets x 10 reps (if you don't have plates, u can use books, sandbags, ect)
dumbell flyes 4x10
Arnold press 4x10
side lateral raises 4x10
close grip (index to index, thumb to thumb) push ups 4xfailure (these are a bit difficult, do as many as you can each set)
triceps dips 3xfailure

Day 2 (pull)

bent-over dumbell rows 4x10
Pull-ups 4xfailure
close grip Chin-ups 4xfailure

Dumbell curls 4x10

Day 3 (legs)

Dumbell Squats 4x10
Dumbell lunges 4x10
Straigh leg deadlifts 4x10

weighted calf raises 4x10

That's a basic routine, leave an off day between each workout, you might as well do cardio on off days, hope this helps
