Okay... hi ppl i'm Jay... quite a newbie to body building.

I just need some advice on this routine that I kinda had worked out in my head.
I have three days available to go the gym: Mon, Wed, Thurs
So I was thinking that on Monday... I work my biceps, forearms, chest & abs
Then wednesday I work the triceps and my back
Then thurs i work on my legs... wot u think guys?

Maybe move abs to leg day?  I dunno, it seems solid, but I'm a newbie as well.

You want to work muscle "groups".  Try this:

Monday:  Chest, Triceps, Abs
Wednesday: Legs, Calves, Shoulders
Friday: Back, Biceps, Abs

I'm a give that a try... I was jus wondering if there any like say physical or medical issues wit how I had it structured...

Yep. Working triceps after chest isn't the best idea, as chest gives secondhand work to the triceps if you do bench press (which you should be doing).
