Hi there ppl, my name is Luís, i´m from Portugal, Azores, and i´de like to post some pics :)

This is my litle evolution from 5 months..

Dude, that's a great improvement for just five months... Your home gym's a little scary looking though, aren't you worried those metal rods are going to come out of the wall one day? How do you work your legs?

Welcome to DB..

1) Awesome noticeable improvement... very nice.

2) The most detailed home gym setup I've seen. Looks like you put some thought into this one. And I too am curious about the leg details.

I can really tell the abs popped out in those five months. I would assume you have the diet down pretty solid.

No I´m not so scared about that .. they won´t came out of the wall .. they´re well glued with cement, ehehe

About the legs i try to do some squatchs with the bar and also bar bells..

I already bought a bench press ... this one is not so good, lol

By the way ... here is one pci of the leg ...

a bit weak i Know .. but i´ll try to improve it when i have my bench .. with leg curl and leg extension.

Dude, that's amazing! I like the home gym too. Everything you need for a basic workout, nothing you don't! But....how do you do squats? Do you move the bench pictured there out of the way? The fluffy covering the bench would put me to sleep easily...LOL.

Yup, i do that, lol ... the bench isn´t heavy and its easy to do it :)
