trust me if u weigh 108 u do not eat enough.

what are u eating though? this is a very important factor!!!!!!!!!!

i would suggest a three day full body split for u. ur sig talks about bicep and tricep maxes. at ur age and weight u shouldnt be doing isos. those come into play when u are more advanced. u should be doing heavy compounds and eating until u want to puke!!!!!!!!!!
Current: 19, 5'11", 190@7%

bench:305 squat:370(atg) deadlift:475
Goals: 4plate squat, 5plate dead

and im eating lean protein like chicken, tuna, salmon, steak (not really lean i know), pasta, vegatables, kind of

on body for life if you guys know what that is. Except i use bigger portions. And i dont eat ANY fast food.

you need more fats.  I ate alot of fast food when i was bulking and gained no fat.  I wouldnt worry about fast food on a bulk, especially looking at you.
