Hey Im Chris Giannos, Im 15, 6'1", 155lbs.
I play football for alta loma highschool, i am a student athelte, and love to work out.
Currently i am Trying To gain some weight, perferably lean muscle.
Bench: 155 Squat: 285 Power Clean: 160 I Am Stacking Kre-Alkalyn, L-Argethine L-Ornthine, And A Weight Gain Protein Shake.
I work out 5 days a Week, with an hour a day of intense cardio(football speed training)
I Eat every 3 hours consisting of A Medium Sized Breakfast, snack around 9:30am(with a protein shake), Big Lunch at 12, snack at 3(with a protein shake) before practice, HUGE dinner at 6:30, Snack at 9(protein shake), Then bed at 10.
I Am Hoping to Be Around 170lbs when the season starts in September.
Any Tips Or Suggestions Is Appreciated
