Hey,me again with another Question lol. - Monday, September 26, 2005 2:44 PM
I was wondering if i start taking creatine right now, and i already workout 4 times a week about. How long will it take before i start seeing good gains?
Im already 5"3 and 144 pounds, so thats a pretty good weight for my height considering most at 5"3 are about 100-115 pounds lol. And im not fat so its obvously Muscle. But i dont really see that much muscle on myself.
Id like to take creatine so i can build alot more muscle,im into grappling,So i want to get somemore weight on me,in muscle mass of course, that way ill have more of a chance of over powering my opponents.Im not in any martial arts, but i grapple with friends, and i know locks and take down moves and such. Also More muscle mass will improve my punching power and armwrestling which i enjoy. I workout quite a bit but i still dont see The changes i want. I dont overtrain i rest alot. I never train the same muscle group a day in a row. I have been working out for about 2 years(since grade 9 im in grade 11 now) There has been alot of change but not what i expected in 2 years! So now im actually going to Try harder and take supplments, In grade 9 i did overtrain by working the same muscle group over again so i know i couldent of gained much muscle over that year so. The Creatine product i want to take is called KRUSH4 its a powder,It also had glutamine in it, so that beats buying glutamine plus creatine. And its About $45.00
Id also like to ask about these pills that you can take i heard about that burn fat,is it good to take those as well if im trying to get muscular? because my friend was telling me he takes pills for fat burning, and he also takes creatine. the ones he takes are called c2's
And What else could i take? is this a good combination?
Creatine
Glutamine
And Protein powder(i have a weight gainer i could take with it for now if thats good).

It depends on what type of creatine it is, i do want to start creatine, and did buy some, but it said not to take it if you've had past trouble with your kidneys, and while i haven't i still dont like the idea of taking it, and the side effects can be water retention, diarrreah, stomach pains etc etc apparently

So im starting creatine half term, when i get a week off from college as i dont really like the idea of having diarreah running down my leg halfway through a lesson.

Also creatine usually has a loading phase and a continued phase

you usually intake 4-5 doses of it every day for 5 days, then just 1-2 every day, i read somewhere however that skipping the loading phase is fine and to just stick to the 1-2 a day, as to how long itl take to see gains, i think creatine is pretty quick from what i've read on the supplement forum
It's impossible to meddle with something that doesn't have a plan
