My goals are:To gain muscle mass/and get ripped/toned as well.

Im also going to see if my parents will buy me some vitamin pills, because i dont think im getting all the things i need in my diet. The one i just posted is the one that i want to start following(if its good), at this moment i am basically just eating w/e(try to eat healthy things) but i dont have a plan. And can you tell me which things i am not getting from that plan? and which things i am getting.

O and i also have another question i should ask while im typing, If i want to get toned/and get big at the same time can i still do mass training/and alot of cardio? that way would i get big/and be getting toned at the same time? i dont know, its so confusing. Please help me out! the thing is i want to get big, but also get abs as well(that are visaible) so i dont know how im going to beable to get big while losing body fat to show my abs.

Ok 1.you put a lot of strain on your body on monday-any way to seperate a few exercises into another day at all?
2.You seem to be eating LOADS of fruit, which is by no means bad-but what about all the carbs youre missing out on? I cant see a single rich carb based food in your diary, you need energy to lift, carbs wont make the muscle, but it'l give the energy for you to lift, have you noticed any fatigue actually? maybe this is why you think you need vitamins? you dont need vitamins, all them fruits will give you them (keep taking the fruits)
3.Yes you can get tones and big at the same time, just keep cardioing away, its just that most people like doing one thing fully, and then focus on cutting afterwards, that way you seperate all the stuff and can keep on track, whereas doing both makes you confused like you, and youre doing two things at once, which makes things harder.

Its easier in most scenarios not just BB ing to do one task fully first, then another later, rather than both at the same time.

I was told that you shouldent have many carbs when trying to get ur abs to show, because its not good for losing fat....But i dunno, i guess it aint true?

No-no that is true

carbs put on weight because you store carbs if you dont use the energy retained in them, but that doesnt mean you shouldn't have them, the body cannot be controlled by taking nothing of something to make an effect, it will make processes slower, the body NEEDS carbs, dont stuff your face with them-but eat plenty of them, if youre doing cardio you will burn them off

for bulking you should aim 4-5grams per lbs of lean bodyweight, you want a sixpack but also want to gain, so go for an average 3 grams per lbs of bodyweight.

Carbs is another reason why doing bulking and cutting seperately is easier and preffered.

Just get an averagely healthy carb filled diet, you can't go wrong with that unless your metabolsim is as slow as a tied down dead donkey

tied down dead donkey lol. Ok thanks for the info man.
Bread has alot of carbs, so ill eat that. And rice.

Also should i add more meat into my eating or no?
And i think i should worry about getting the abs after i get buffer....that way ill still have a big buff look. and it'll be easier to get buff.wh So yea,so because at i just said do i have to change my eating alot again now? like eat alot more carbs or what? But i still dont really know how to decide, because i dont want to gain any fat! and getting "big" involves gaining some fat, which i dont want, so i dont know, my original plan seems good....doing toning/mass at the same time, but the only problem with that is its going to take alot longer to get big because of the cardio, and take alot longer to get toned because of the foods ill have to eat inorder to feed my muscles to get "big". So its all confusing!
