Hey whats up everyone? I been working out sense i was 14 and i am currently 17. I just started working out again. I was MIA do to surgery in October on my hip (Passed FB Injury). i am pretty injury prone but still manage to work my way threw the pain. I am unable to bench do to my left shoulder. I am 5'4 150 and looking to play Football again this year. I am mainly muscle but i am having sum issues with trying to burn fat around my abdominals. Does anyone have any exercises that I can do that would keep my hip movement to a minimum but burn the fat away. I been doing AB work outs and seeing results but the fat is still their. If anyone has any idea’s feel free to pass them on.



Here is a AB program I created for myself I am up to 3/4 that do to hip Surgery

planks 5 * 1 min
Side Blanks 5 * 1 min
Leg rises
5 * 1 min
3 sets of 25 to each side
100+ Crunches
Left side Crunches 5 sets of 100
Right side Crunches 5 sets of 100
Left to right 3 sets of 150
Knees bent Crunches 5 sets of 150
V – Sit up hold for 10, 4 sets of 50
Leg throws
left center right
Air running with right to left movement 5 mins straight
Full body stretch
2 mile cool down
Strech

There are no exercises that will burn fat from your abs-
The common misconception is that working a particular area will burn fat from that area- It just doesn't happen that way. Fat is burned through proper nutrition and cardio, the body decides where it's going to burn it from. Sure, if your ab workout is intense enough, it'll burn some fat- But it might just take that fat from your legs, arms, who knows.
The best advice I can give you is to head over to the nutrition forum, get a good diet going, and get some cardio in.
