I read your other post and it said you were 5 5 and 18 years old... My guess start out with 25 pound dumbells? Maybe a little bit less. If your naturaly strong you might want to start with more. If you not to strong might want to start with 15 or 20 pounds. Heres a good bicep work out, it doesn't matter how much the weight is, but if it's a low amount you might want to do an extra set or 2. This is a once a day work out, but pick a few days of a week to skip to rest. 3 sets of 15-20 reps of standard curls. (one handed) 2 sets of 15-20 reps of consentration curls. 3 sets of 12-30 chin ups. (Chin ups are a very good work out to build mass) 3 sets of 10-20 butterfly curls. Do all of this once a day untill it gets easy and you have more mass. Abs work out. Also once a day work out, pick a few days a week to skip to rest on. 10 sets of 50 crunches. 5 sets of 50 sit-ups. Once thease gets easy do 100. I'm no expert but that's what I started with. Also you should go to the nutrition forum to find some good protein supps.
