Hey everyone - Sunday, September 10, 2006 1:21 PM
This is my first post and i have a few questions. I have been lifting for about three years now. I am 19 years old around 5'9 at 182 lbs. I am trying to build muscle but i have a tough time gaining weight. I lift upperbody 4 times a week and legs once a week. As of now I am maxing out at 315 on the bench, and reping 245 for 10. I am taking Xyience NOX-CG3 beacuse it has Nitric oxcide, and creatine. I am also taking Cyto Gainer to help gain weight. My goal is to weigh in at a soild 190 within the next few months. Has anyone taken NOX or cyto gainer? Or have any advice for me? Thanks

as far as ive heard NOX is overpriced crap and cytogainer is good stuff.
 
for cytogainer take half a serving pre workout and than a full serving post workout or just split it half and half
IM BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!!!!!

pretty impressive lifts..
 
yeh i havent heard much bout nox
but no-xplode always remains a safe and effective bet if u can tolerate caffeine
