Well I've currently been working out for about 2 months now. Noticed simple gains, but mostly toning. I recently started a high protien diet, to go along with my protien shakes. What I need is a simple critque on my workout, and maybe some possible ideas on new stacks and supplements. My workout is three times a week. Monday, Wensday and Friday are lifting and conditioning. days, and Tuesday and Thursday consist of simply conditioning. It's runned by my highschool weights program, so our weightroom is really limited on the equipment. I'm currently 17 years old, 6' 155Ibs. Ecto bodytype however Im currently beginning bulking. I'm not looking to get into bodybuilding, really Im a senior triple jumper looking for some size, and strength. Mondays Conditioning : ( no point really in going into it because it counts for my cardio unless you guys are interested.) DB incline 3x8 DB military 3x6 Squats 3x8 Leg Curls 3x8 Tricep Ext 3x8 Power Pushups 3x10 Upright Rows 3x8 Hang Cleans 3x8 Wensday DB bench 3x8 DB military 3x6 Dips 3xfailure lat pulls 3x10 front squats 3x8 upright rows 3x8 hang cleans 3x8 deadlift 3x8 Friday (Monday Repeated) DB incline 3x8 DB military 3x6 Squats 3x8 Leg Curls 3x8 Tricep Ext 3x8 Power Pushups 3x10 Upright Rows 3x8 Hang Cleans 3x8 Any ideas on workouts, diet or supplements. I've tried a mono creatine and I wasn't completely satisfied. Im actually looking into luekic, but I've heard mixed reviews. I'm also interested in possible the bsn stack, or a similiar stack with mixed products. Would really appreciate some advice.
