 Hey Guys Excersize plan needed

Hey Guys Excersize plan needed - Monday, November 13, 2006 8:10 PM
Im 19 years old weigh 180 pounds and im 6ft 1 My Body Fat Is 18% but im lacking definition to my body. I have toned abs but no six pack and not much of a chest? i was wondering if anyone could tell me the best way for toning up my abs and getting a bigger chest? my arms are pumped and i dont really want to lose anymore weight? all advice would be great thanks liam.

Tebz, as most ppl say always mention those "hollywood features", chest, bicep, abs. You need to focus on the body as a whole and do compound exercises.
