Could somone please make me a rountine for this? ok this is what i want to do, i want to get really ripped, so all my muscles are cut, so i dont want to get really big,but a little bigger, and more cut, also i want to lose some fat on my stomach so my abs show. Ok so what would be a good rountine for this? can somone just make me a basic routine for this? i have been doing mass training for the whole time i have been working out(sets of 10). But now i just wanna get ripped so please help me out...O and some ab excersises for getting ripped abs. And how do i get BIG abs?

Also Theres not many really "healthy" things in my house to eat, my parents buy the food of course, and alot of it has alot of sugar etc. But we do get alot of meat, but if i wanna slim down on my stomach for my abs to show then what should i be eating exactly? because i can ask my parents to buy certain things that i need for this...I just have to know exactly what i should be eating. Also i have a protein powder(only 2.9grams of fat per serving)....Should i be taking protein shakes if i want to get nice abs?
So please i really need to know what exactly i need to eat,and the good routine, because i can start on the routine tommorow if i get some replies(ill check in the morning).
Thanks in advance. Im going to bed now so night :)
O and before i go i mid as well ask this question while im on the computer writing a post...
Should i be taking creatine if im trying to lose fat and get the abs like i was saying? Cause i got some creatine, i took it for about a week, now i dont know if i should be taking it if this is what i want to do, and i think creatine is for building mass isent it? not for getting ripped?

Well, most people have large abs, and are just covered by fat (like myself). I would reccomend doing around 30 minutes of cardio a day (skateboarding, jogging, etc) and bring your calorie intake down (no fatty foods).

You really should do some research on your own, but as far a quick answer to your question;

Workout like this http://www.crossfit.com

and eat like this http://www.zonediet.com

in order to achieve your stated goals.

Yea, Crossfit is one seriously intense workout program. It’s not a “Bodybuilding” type workout, so if your goal is to get as big as possible, this is not for that. Crossfit focuses on functional strength, flexibility, endurance, and just being an all around athlete.

At its most basic, it’s a program that combines Olympic lifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, and sprint work to “forge elite fitness”. If you read through the comments on each posted “Workout of the Day” or read through the message board, you’ll see that the majority of people involved are in the military / law enforcement / and firefighting fields. There are even a couple of pro MMA fighters that use Crossfit to prep for their fights.

Crossfit FAQ

One armed rope climb

Women of Crossfit

Burgener Warmup

Fran (One of Crossfit's "named" workouts)

another "named" workout

Murph
In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it 'Body Armor.' From here on it will be referred to as 'Murph' in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
  • 1 mile Run
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Push-ups
  • 300 Squats
  • 1 mile Run
For time.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
