[Hey u guys , i am new to this forum just want to know how every one is doing and what each of you is lifting?

I haven't lifted for a bit but I have done a military press lately, I can do that at about 300 pounds

how big are you now like, 300 pounds is a lot to military press u must have huge shoulders

I am 6'2", about 230 pounds, I'm not huge to be honest, I think they way body structure is layed out helps me, but I don't know. Legs I can 895 pound like 8-10 reps, 3 sets is the most I want to do. Other wise wouldn't be walking, lol.

But for that military press, I can only do like 3 reps, lol.

Here this might make more sense, I have really broad shoulders so the weight of the press is well distributed.

how big is your leg press? thats like 10 45lbs disk's on each side? thats alot, slightly unbelievable, but i give u the benifit!

Like I said... I haven't lifted in a while, so my legs aren't all that big. But you know what, you're real kind giving me the benefit, but I don't train with that much weight... I don't fancy being Mr. O. Smile

I can flat bench about 190 and am going to see what I can squat tomorrow. I just got over a leg injury. I cannot lift much with my chest or shoulders as i think I just have a genetically unfavored bone structure up there. I always hated wearing a backpack as I usd to have to keep moving the straps back on.
