Good size, so whats the plan bulk up or cut down?

Are you learning MMA? Do you compete? Just wondering.

Im gonna carry on adding size for now as im really pushing my maxes......next one im aiming for is 100kg/220lbs pushpress. Its jus somethin to aim for.

As for the mma no i dont compete when i made the username i was Kickboxing and training with a mate via Gracie DVD's in jiujitsu.......i moved recently and i was hopin there was a mma gym near..........but no luck cant even find boxing or kickboxing......thats probably why im trainin for maxes.....its jus somethin to train for.

Hey I have only done it right my self for 2 years.. The other 1 - 2 years before that I was doing it totally wrong also.. I don't even count those years lol. This happens to everyone! It's not like you can learn going to a trainer, atleast you won't learn that much without paying a **** load of money and some trainers are garbage. Books and these forums is the only way I was able to learn, unless I went to college.. But hardly anyone can teach you "body building."

How old are you anyways?

You have good size and look balanced. If you're looking to get bigger then get bigger, and post when you do.
