Hey guys, new member - Thursday, October 18, 2007 9:37 AM ( #1 )
Hi everyone,

I am involed in a lot of forums but this is my first non-car related one and I am looking forward to using it to really help my workouts.

Background is this: I am 19 almost 20 and weigh ~225 and am 6'1.5". I have been working out since 2002 and at my most I use to weight about 315 and have lost a lot of weight over the years. I wasnt super big or anything but 'plump' and now I am very content with my size and look but have lost strenght over the years as a result. But I have gained a lot of definition in my chest and arms and back which is nice.

One of the little things I am trying to work on is getting veins in my arms. I have a vein in my right arm that goes about four inches but nothing in my left one. I think with the amount of time we spend at the gym and working on our look, it is nice to want big veins and to show people we work out. We deserve it you know. I hate when people ask me if I workout because I spend 4-5 days a week at my gym (this months been tough though and a lot of nights I dont workout I go to the basement and do push-ups.)

Anyway, I look forward to posting here and learning from what everyone has to say!
