Justint999
So let me Start off by Saying Im Justin and New to the Site. Im overweight but its hard to tell how much I actually weigh because of my Build. Im around 5'11 and 220 Lbs (Lower Just Always say More) For a Week straight I did:
500 situps a day
30 Mins on Eliptical (8 Miles a Day)
around 250 Pushups
After a Week no results so I stopped Anyone know some other stuff I could do ?and I felt Results like I have a insane 6 pack just under some flab, lol. Thanks
u definitely have a six packs in there. maybe not a great quality "6", but "something". trust me. u r just 16. so u would be having no problem in doing 6 days a week of circuit taining. get some material from this site or some other. forget about the body fat % or all of that sh!t. eat all u can. workout for 60-90 mins a day. do the "Running ABC". that is a workout that u need to learn to prepare for sprints or any other track events. it s basically a form or complicated HIIT. again for HIIT, look up the internet or this site. get in touch with 'danmirage'. he s also in this site. he will help u. another great guy in 'smoundzou', but u cud expect some sarcasm frm him. gr8 guy nevertheless. a nice n helpful fella'.
if ur goal is just 6 packs with a lean muscle structure without much of a bodybuilder look, go for the 'running ABC'.teaches u to run basically in a proper way.
i lost like 6 kilos in a 15 day camp i enrolled in when i was in high school. we were put through a gruelling routine by a coach who represented malasia in the Olympics and he knew his stuff right. and it worked miracles.
i started off with doing the 100 meters spring in 16 secs and by the end of the camp, i cud do it in the 11s.
so my advice would be for u to show more consistency in whatever the workout u finally end up doing. just do a good workout for like a month or so and u wud be able to see results.
btw, i heard pilates are also gr8 to reduce weight. but i have not yet seen a pilates video on the full workout itself.
IF u plan to get into bodybuilding, start Off with "starting strength" or "stronglifts 5X5".
u can get starting strngth workout from this site itself.
u can use
www.stronglifts.com to get the stronglifts workout.
both these are very beneficial for developing strength and a good musculature.
All the Best. EAT ALL U CAN. Make sure u get a lot of proteins n healthy fats. Live life to the max u can. AND most importantly, dont do whatever ppl arnd u tell. u research and learn and choose what is best for u. coz u r nt the same as the guy standing next to u.
