Hey, Back to the beginner section - Monday, August 25, 2008 6:09 PM ( #1 )
It almost feels eerie posting back here. It's been about 2 years since I stopped working out religiously. I got some jobs, took a break from workout and now I finally have a job that isn't physically demanding to the point I have no time but to work and sleep, so I am signing up for the gym ASAP and I will be working my ass off as soon as I get it started. It's been a while since I've been here but I probably know a few of the older guys and (hopefully) they remember me. Anyways I'm 20 years old, I weigh about 170, I would like to be 170 and buff, but I got a little chub I need to cardio off, not much but I want an eight pack by december (weird timing but It's a personal goal).

So anyways, thanks all you guys, I have no stats currently but I'll post em up as soon as I get my membership.

Thanks for checking it out, and let me know if there's any new HAVE TO TRY supplements on the market that don't use artificial sweeteners!!!
