Since this morning I have one on my groin. I really think it has been cause by some very heavy and messy clean and press (i dont know if its the right term... i am frenchy. Well i mean one inch up my d**k and 3 inches to the right of it ......SORRY)

At first i didnt know what it was so by the afternoon i decided to squat ( i know i am dumb) after 3 sets i had like a pressure *you know where* so of couse i have stop my legs workout.

Since, it hurt much more than this morning plus i got more inflammation........ ive puted some ice on it and took some anti-inflammation pills............

Some hernia can desapear by itself if you take care of it quick.

No, they cannot.

What you are talking about is a hernia being 'reducible' - this means it can pop in and out

But in order to have a hernia, you have to damage the muscle wall so whats under the muscle pops through.

NEVER EVER train through/with a hernia. Its asking for big big trouble.

A strangulated hernia can be very messy and if you dont get attention quickly, it has the potential to 'get caught' and this can cut of the blood supply and you could end up needing bowel surgery.

Get to a doctor QUICK and get it diagnosed and make sure its actually a hernia. If it is, you will need to get it surgically repaired - luckily in this day and age, thats a fairly simple and straight forward operation which can even be done through keyhole surgery.
