Some hernia can desapear by itself if you take care of it quick. No, they cannot. What you are talking about is a hernia being 'reducible' - this means it can pop in and out But in order to have a hernia, you have to damage the muscle wall so whats under the muscle pops through. NEVER EVER train through/with a hernia. Its asking for big big trouble. A strangulated hernia can be very messy and if you dont get attention quickly, it has the potential to 'get caught' and this can cut of the blood supply and you could end up needing bowel surgery. Get to a doctor QUICK and get it diagnosed and make sure its actually a hernia. If it is, you will need to get it surgically repaired - luckily in this day and age, thats a fairly simple and straight forward operation which can even be done through keyhole surgery.
