I am going to try it for about 6-8 weeks (working out the bis and tris twice a week) and i hope them suckers grow a little. My goals by the beginning of May: Bench 325 Squat 365 Deadlift 425 Want to maintain my body weight or at least stay above or at 180 while losing body fat. I am limited to what I can eat b/c I am in school and sometimes the dining hall just doesn't serve good food. I eat healthy (or as healthy as I can). I take GNC Protein 2x a day and GNC Creatine after my workouts. I will start my posting my workout weights and everything at the beginning of next week when I start the week. I got some pics but I'm gonna wait 'til May to post some before and after shots. If anyone reads these then feel free to post any thoughts or comments, but I am doing it more for keeping track of my workouts for myself. anyways, its time for me to go to bed. later Dave

oh yea.. Cardio and Abs I will do Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in a separate session from my workouts. I will ride a bike for 30 minutes and once it gets warmer I will start doing some running outside. I hate treadmills so I am going to stay away from them.

well, i plan on becoming a cop when i get out of school, so i'm trying to get a little bigger for that so i can be a bit more intimidating and it will be easier to get a job. i still got a good 2 years of lifting before then, but if i can get up to around 200lbs i might look into doing a bodybuilding contest.
