A combination of things, such as curiousity, the upcoming ban, and a lack of gym motivation lately have made me to decide to try a PH cycle. I figure even if it's not the greatest thing for me, a 4 week cycle won't kill me (hopefully). I have a bottle of 1-test (T-bomb) that has been sitting around for over a year. I also ordered some 19-nor (Ergopharm Norandrodiol Select 300) and with some 6-oxo and I'm going to stack them as follows: 30 days 19-nor 300mg/day 1-test 100mg/day next 30 days 6-oxo 300 mg/day BTW, I'm 24 and I've been lifting for over 6 years (at least 2 of them with proper diet and training) Any other things you could suggest adding to this? I figure this would give me good motivation to get back to the gym hard and to put together a great diet to go along with it. The main reason I'm doing this is for a spark! I'd appreciate any comments, becuase I'm a beginner in the PH world. Thanks.

Id probably start PCT(6oxo) by taking 500-600 mg/day for 2 weeks and come down to 200-300mg/day for 2 weeks. Also might want to try some Pro-liver or Milk Thistle...which is pretty cheap <$20....rather be safe then sorry

Yeah, I'll probably go with the liver supplement, should that be taken on cycle? Also, I'm not going to drink alcohol on cycle, but what about after starting the 6-oxo? Should I wait till i'm totally off before drinking again?

Yeah you should always use pro-liver on cycle as a preventive measure and then a few weeks post cycle as a recuperation measure. Something like m1t really causes a lot of stress on the liver, which is a resilient organ. I would still wait if possible before touching alcohol, but then again having a couple of beers once or twice during PCT wont kill you, but then again if your taking pro-liver with PCT even better!!

Naturally, I've been doing a lot of reading approaching the start of this cycle, and many sources recommending having Nolvadex on hand during any PH cycle. Problem is, this stuff seems to be difficult to get and expensive. Should I get a bottle of this or will 6-oxo probably be sufficient for a 19-nor, 1-test cycle? If anybody knows of a good source of Nolvadex, please PM me. Thanks.

6OXO is ok in this case, younger you are (Over 21), easier it is to restart your testosterone production after your cycle (with some exceptions)... so just stick with 6OXO, you can purchase Nolva just in case if you want, but i think you dont need it ! Tribulus & 60X0 can be good, with a high dose of tribulus (1000mg/day)

This is my first cycle, but I'm over 21, 24 to be exact. I'm probably gonna stick with the 6-oxo like you said, especially since it's only a short 4 week cycle and not a high dosage. I'm not really expecting huge gains from this. I mainly wanna see how my body will react to PHs, and it's mainly to get motivated in the gym again.

I'm having some real second thoughts about doing a PH cycle. Almost everything I have read has made me start to second guess myself. I'm leaning towards not doing it after all. I apologize if this turns into a rant but I've have so many thoughts in deciding what to do or not. First off, Everything I read online says something different about what to take, the dosage to use, and what to use for PCT. Some people say certain things don't work, or there are too many side effects, or I should have Nolvadex. I know the only way to really find out is to do it because everyone will repond differently, however, I'm starting to think it's not worth the risk. Especially since I just had my yearly physical at the doctor, and I'm in good shape. I wouldn't wanna mess that up because I have my health, and that's the most important thing. Plus, I'm probably prone to a number the side effects. My hair is already a little thin and receeding and I'm quite an anxiety prone person, so I know I'd be highly aggresive on something like andro. Only thing is, now I gotta sell a ton of PHs that I bought in less than a week....ebay here I come.

It's all about motivation. From around mid November until recently, I hadn't been training much at all. I just bought a condo, which means I've been moving out and I've been dealing with some lower back problems. All that combined led to a pretty dry spell at the gym. I was thinking taking PHs would be a good motivation or a boost to get back into things but all it's doing is giving me more anxiety trying to find out what to use and depleting my bank account. I just joined a new gym which is half my old gym at the same price. That kinda depresses me a bit but what would help is to find a partner. Too bad I don't know anybody there yet. Also, I could use some kind of energy supplement. I frequently find myself tired especially at the start and end of my workouts.
