of this one kid who just used a simple home gym and had great results... There are alot of people that say u cant get good results with just home gym... Turned out pretty good.. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/trans67.htm

He would look better if he stayed over 200 and was all muscle...i know easier said...

it shows his workouts on that page he posted. for legs he did machine leg press (10-12 reps), leg extensions (10-12 reps), and leg curls (10 -12) sounds weak to me, since it was one of those "all in one" gym equipment sets he did cut down quite well.
