Here are my pics help us out with cutting - Wednesday, May 21, 2008 12:32 AM ( #1 )
Im currently 80kg. I want rip up to get my abs and be at a weight of 74-75kg for muay thai.
Im 20 yrs old and 5'11/ 182cm.

Im currently following the 16week six pack abs program found here that is ment to be really successfull:

http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/abs.html - Ido that 3 times a week and inbetween days i do muay thai. If anyone has done it before and got success tell us how you went.

The weekend days i either rest or do running.
I cannot really eat every 2 to 3hrs because of works schedule so this how it plans out for me:

morning- Shake in blender (1 cup wholemeal oats, 1 banana, 2 scoops protien powder and sometimes flaxeed oil)

midmorning - (sometimes when have time which is 1-2hrs after morning breaky - can of tuna and salad.

lunch: brown rice with 250g Lean Beef and salad

afternoon which is 4-5hrs after lunch also before workout or muay thai - half cup wholemeal oats with 2 scoops protein shake.

night meal after training usually around between 6-8 - 250g Chicken breast with brocolli and tomato.

Am i on the right track or failing?

You need to be on a real training plan. I personally think circuit training is one of the best ways to go for fighters and the cardio will help you cut fat.
