Help with supps - Sunday, November 12, 2006 4:12 PM
Hey guys, I just finished football season and started working out daily again. My school just started random drug testing though and I know a lot of supplements out there contain banned substances in them that will make you test positive on a drug test. I am looking to gain weight mainly. I will be taking a multi-vitamin, ON whey, and muscle milk, but I need a good pre-workout supp that is "clean" and will not make me test positive if I take it. Is there anything out there or am I stuck just taking regular creatine? Any input will help a lot. Thanks

Eat well, and lift smart and hard. If your diet ain't great, supplements ain't gonna help that much. that is why they are called supplements!

So Xceed would not make a test positive? Creatine is not a banned substance, but a lot of the creatine supplements have other stimulants in them or other substances in the ingredients that are banned. There are so many damn supplements and ingredients that I dont want to mess up, take somthing I think is ok and then have a positive test. Thanks for the replies so far guys
