Here is a link to my post in the power lifting forum.

What do you guys think of my supplimentation? 
 
About the fish oil:  I've heard to take it morning and night (which is what I do), and I've heard to take it with every meal - suggestions?

congrats on dropping so much weight.  you got a good set of supplements going for you.  only thing i would suggest adding is creatine but that is not really necessary.  it will help you put on muscle though
