Hey folks, I'm not a body builder, but I thought you folks would know best. I'm a distance runner trying to save some cash by buying bulk whey protein concentrate at the bulk food store. What would be the best way to mix this stuff? It's basically straight up powder @ 35% protein. How much should I use, and with what? Thanks in advance
