Help with current routine and supps..

Hello, This is my first post. I am about 5'10" and 190lbs. I use to work out about 4times/week taking creatine mono. I stopped for about 2years and now trying to get back into things. I just got a GNC 40g whey protein mix and Nitro Explosion mix. I was told to take the shake every morning for breakfast when i usually have 3egg whites. I am going to try to work out in the morning or mid-day. I want to know if it is ok to take the protein shake every morning, even if i am not working out that day. Also when am i suppose to take the Nitro Explosion? How many times a week should I be working out to back in tone? The main thing I am concentrating on are my abs, I want to increase my arms and legs as well, which are equally important, but my abs I want a little more attention to. Are there any good sites that show good ab work-outs with machines or that I can do at home? Thank You !

The way protein can be taken every day, as should the nitro explosion daily according to the directions, for most products its 2-3X daily

For the NO read the bottle they are all different, But I wouldn't start taking any supplements until you start getting your diet and workouts in line.
If it wasn't painfully difficult then you didn't do it right age:18 5' 81/2" 173 lbs goal : 195 supplements: Multi, fish oil
