Help with a Supp routine
-
Wednesday, May 26, 2004 9:14 AM
I am looking for some help building a Supp routine to augment my cueernt training. I lift 5 days a week ( heavy sets, and 1 muscle group at a time) I also do 30-45 min of cardio 5x per week I am currently taking a multi every morning( 8:00) Usually eat 3-4 egg whites with 2 serving of veggies for breakfast. ( 8:30-9:00) Work out from (11:00 - 12:30) Lunch ( 12:45) On 100% Whey shake (3:00) Then a high protein dinner , chicken/fish/beef with a few veggie servings and some carb side .. rice, noodles etc. (7:00) So far I have been doing this for about 4-5 months. Before that I was on a much stricter calorie diet..... and went from 6'0 -240 - 24%bf down to 187 11%bf ( current weight) in a little over a year. All of you Supp masters out there....... Any suggestions? Supps, timing, routine etc. I am digging on my new body...and give thanks to all in the forum for the advice provided thus far. If possible, I would like to not spend $$$$$$$ on exotic supps...that will only give me a few % return.

Well, you are missing fish oil for one. Beyond that (and whey, and a multi, which you already take) its all gravy. And its highly dependant on your goals, and bodytype. If you are looking to cut, get a good fatburner. If you are looking to gain mass, then get a good creatine product (San V12, Kreatine Ultra, Swole) and I'd also recommend LeptiGen MASS (but I am obviously biased there).
