I have weight lifted a few times in my life whether it was football in high school or toning up before spring break in college. This summer I started working out harder than I have in a long time and taking a few supplements I have never used before. I am recently off super charge, which by the way works if u have a long day then need to lift, but I didn’t like the large amounts of caffeine and the “rapid” heart beat I would get from using it. I am now on no-Xplode and Cell Mass, along with lots of water and some protein. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any health problems that these two supplements have been known to cause, more so ones that you or someone you know have experienced.  Also I have not taken the maximum dosage on these because I am afraid of getting stretch marks, is this good idea or are stretch marks unpreventable. If you need any more info to help me just ask. Thank you for your time.

Make sure before you workout to rub lotion on the muscle you are working out, this will give the skin more elasticity.  I have strech makrs now and had I used lotion I would have been at a lower risk of gaining them.

I have some streach marks under my arms and I think its cool actually.
