No it does not answer my question... I am looking for people that have taken it and what worked best for them.

I lift weights 5 times a week and eat about 90% to 100% matience calories and get good gains from it with mimimal fat gain. I just want to try to lean up a little bit. I just wanted to know what has worked for people. Such as should I cycle it? When they would take it? etc? I have been on it for two days and I can tell you the effects feel much "smoother" and better then these new fat burners.

What is your bodyfat %...that makes a lot of difference!
Over 10% is different than under 10%

I will assume you are at around 10%

Yes..you should cycle.  You will feel it, the body will develop a tolerance.
Each serving is 25 mg of Ephedra plus aspirin and caffeine
How to use it?
4 weeks on 8 weeks off is a healthy norm.
3 days on a week
2 per day tops split by at least 4 hours (i.e. 7am take 1 and noon take 1)

As for dropping the fat...you can tweak the diet to do that.

Eating every 2 1/2 - 3 waking hours.
Drop all simple and processed sugars and dairy.
Make sure every meal is a supportive meal...

On rest days only...increase protein portions 25% and drop the starchy carb eat as much fibrous carb as you want for meals!
Training every other day is good for this!
Don't do this tweak more than 4 weeks running and be sure to take 8 weeks off of this routine!

This thread describes what supportive meal means:
For Losing Fat
http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/For_Losing_Fat/m_111175/tm.htm

Do a short bout of cardio immediately following your lifting.  Say 12 minutes.  add 4 minutes every other or every third cardio session.
3 warm up
2 high
2 low
2 high
3+ cool down...until heart rate returns to low

Lifting + cardio never more than 75 minutes
Lifting at 45 minutes max!  The GH limit...and to avoid the onset of cortisol.

.55 x weight in water or more!

The goal is to make sure the body is freeing up fat and seldom in fat storage mode..from the cortisol and other stress responses and from sugars.  Otherwise the increase in stimulation will burn muscle.

Follow the basics from that post above to enhance the body's readiness to drop fat.

Just a note...these are not fat burners, they are stimulants and appetite suppressants.

You need to keep eating by the clock, you will know what I mean when the appetite starts to drop off.  Decreasing calories will cause loss of muscle and gaining of fat!  I am not kidding!

I think I covered it all.

When you stop it you might feel a bit down.  Just keep eating and training for a few days and it will pass.

The drink tons of skim milk w/ my MRPs. Should I cut that too? I would think that it should be okay.

Depends on your BF now..the lower it is the more the body resists giving it up.

If you are 10% or less you need to replace the calories from milk, breads, all procesed sugars, processed carbs, sugars etc...with whole food cals.

You even need to check the MRP to be sure the foods in there will not cause insulin spikes and preserve and replace fat stores quickly.
