Thats me age 14 6'0'' and 153 lbs... This is my fourth month of dieting, cardio and training. now for those veterans out there WHAT NEED IMPROVEMENT other than biceps...? what can i do to get bigger biceps? THANKS also leave me comments on how my progress is... take note im 14

i can max benching 190 bicep routine... curls 50 lbs 12 10 8 6 hammer curls 30lb/hand 12 10 8 6 preacher curls 50lb 10 8 6 4 reverse curls 40lb 10 8 6 4

Up the weight, try and keep around that many reps. Maybe add more sets?

Better yet- You said you've been on a diet for a while- Let us know exactly how you're eating. In order to gain muscle, you need to be taking in a certain amount of calories every day- If you're not hitting your required amount, you're not going to gain- Period. Check out the top of the nutrition forum for the calorie calculators- There, you'll find out how many calories you need to eat to retain your current size. Add three to five hundred to that, and you'll be up and running in no time- The best exercise for building bicep mass is the standing barbell curl. As far as your rep scheme goes, it might be a better idea to stick to a certain rep range instead- If you're going to do three sets, use the same weight for all three sets, and work within that rep range- If you choose, say, six to eight reps per set, use a weight that you can't lift for more than eight reps with good form. That way, you'll know you're really challenging your muscles with the right amount of weight. From the pics, it looks to me like you need to bulk up in general- Which definitely is all about how and what you eat.

u don't have weak biceps... it's okay 50pounds 12 reps at 14 years old... and u don't need to train in the 8 reps range,12 reps range is good if u like it. u just need time,your only 14,give your biceps time to growth ! biceps don't require a lot of weight...but they do require a lot of intensity... if u wanna try a new biceps workout for a while that's what I do : barbell curl 8-10 reps 3 sets incline dumbells curl 6-8 reps 3 sets dumbells hammer curl 15-20 reps 3 sets dumbells preacher curls 3-6 reps 2 sets

Hmm for biceps switch up all the time try stripping method,starting heavy and going lighter, supersetting excercises, or pyramid training, light to heavy. Also you should go for a compound excercise to a isolation excercise and rotate.. such as bar curls too preacher bench? and then maybe Hammer or incline curls to concentration curls. Don't sweat it though man it will all come in due time and your only 14

You should work on your biceps and bulk as well. But overall for 14 you look good.

yo thats what mine look like and i cant get them to grow....i almost have the same body as your with mabbby a little bigger chest but we are in the same boat as for as the arms and its pissen me off

Your bicep muscle is actually quite a small muscle. If you're 14 now Kang, i cant imagine what your going to look like when your 18.
