Help me make a routine

Hey whatsup I just joined this today and I was wondering if anyone could help me make a workout routine. I'm 16, I weigh 145 pounds and I play 2 hours of soccer everyday pretty much all year round. And when soccer season is over I play lacrosse everyday. I've been working out for the last few months, I've gotten noticeably stronger but now I want to make a routine that I can record my results and help get stronger faster than I was. I work out about 4 times a week and never really work out my legs because they are fine how they are from running 2 hours a day. So if anyone could help me make a routine and give me any tips on working out, when to add weight or whatever it would be greatly apreciated haha thanks a lot

You have to decide what your goals are before you or anyone can make a routine... Do you want to be gain size, strength, or become more lean.
