I'm trying to go for 5-6 meals a day. I have breakfeast, school lunch, after school small meal, dinner, afterdinner meal about two hours later.
I want to fit a specific supplement into each meal such as carbohydrates, protein, and calories. Where should i divide each of them?

What supplements are you talking about? and could you try explaining what you are talking about better, I am not clear on what you are looking to do.

Sorry, reading over it i realized it's a bit of a mess.
Should i focus protein, carbs, and calories into different times of day? Or should i balance each meal to have all of them. If the first one, what time a day (for example, should i focus on carbs in the morning).

You want to have the most carbs for breakfast, then slowly lower them and have none or almost none as your pre-bedtime meal.

In reality all of us here are playing out this scenario just different goals, we put our bodies through god awful time spent working out and eating to a near perfect point for years to MAYBE reach a goal.

You'll have to understand what "calories" are.

The calorie is simply the unit of energy contained within protein, carbs and fat.

A "calorie" is not a nutrient.

That depends.  Check out the nutrition section to find your total daily caloric intake, and then add 500 to bulk, or subtract 500 to cut.

Protein should be roughly 30% of your daily caloric intake.
