I lost more weight and now I do not want to loose weight... should I cut my cardio down to 5 mins running a day? How do I build muscle I am eating steak and/or chicken every night. What do I do?
cardio 5 minutes, that is a warmup for most people not even a full cardio session, what does you complete diet look like? How many calories do you take in a day? how much protein? you need to include that and than we can help you.
