Help Need To Bulk! - Wednesday, August 17, 2005 4:52 PM
I lost more weight and now I do not want to loose weight... should I cut my cardio down to 5 mins running a day? How do I build muscle I am eating steak and/or chicken every night. What do I do?

cardio 5 minutes, that is a warmup for most people not even a full cardio session, what does you complete diet look like?  How many calories do you take in a day? how much protein? you need to include that and than we can help you.

most likely u need to eat more, in thread in nutrition section people were saying they last weight when bulking for the first week or two

 5mins of cardio isnt gona do that much
if you're cup's already full then its bound to overflow

I dont really...
 
Though i walk everywhere so i get a good mile or two every week from going places etc...
 
And as everyone else said make sure youre eating enough, everyones different, so you might have to take more than everyone else
Thats right guys, sugars in fruits are bad, they are simple sugars which will make you FAT, I mean we all know monkeys eat mainly fruit and look! THEYRE VERY FAT!

I think its good to do, its good for the heart.  With all these people having heart problems these days you cant take chances.
