Eat six meals a day, plenty of protein, good carbs and good fat- Chicken breasts are a great source of protein for example, natural whole grain brown rice is a great way to get carbs, and things like fish oil and peanuts are sources of good fats. What you have to do is calculate your calorie expenditure- There's an excellent thread about that near the top of the nutrition forum, check it out- And then make sure you take in more calories than your body needs each day. When you work out properly, your body will use those calories to build new muscle- Of course, any time you're overfeeding yourself, you're bound to gain some fat- But if you eat right, train and rest properly, you can minimize the fat gain.
