Im 21 years old, 6'3" and have gone through massive amounts of body change.. 2 years ago I weighed 270 pounds, I am now down to 200 thanks to lots of education on how the body works, hardwork and dedication. However the problem with being obese, and then losing weight, is there are still areas where skin needs to be tightened up or where some fat is just VERY hard to burn off. Mine is in my chest, and I dont know how to get it off. Running only really works off the fat in my stomach, and doing the bench press only seems to make my chest bigger. My "man boobs" seem to be drooping some because I did use to be so big. How can I burn more fat in my chest and tighten up what is there.
Thank you!!!

Keep doing what your doing except way more cardio, eat 5-6 meals a day, make sure you have a 500 calorie deficit and keep weight lifting.

You can't reduce one area of fat, you have to reduce you bodyfat% although naturally your body maybe reduce fat in some areas faster than others.

200 at 6'3 doesnt sound too heavy but maybe u just dont have much muscle, whats ur bf%?? u just need to lose fat overall which is all about cardio progression, weighting, and a calorie deficit with healthy foods

I agree with david1991 there. More concrete suggestions though:

Do fasted morning cardio for 45 minutes 5-6 days/week

Do your weight workouts 4 days/week on a 2-day split program (either upper body/ lower body, or front of body/ back of body), making sure you get out of your comfort zone!

Your skin will tighten back onto your expanding muscles even as your fat melts away. It may take a little time, but the cases of really necessary skin-tucks are rarer than you'd think. The skin is elastic, and will "snap" back in time, especially with the right nutrients and exericse!

Keep us posted on your progess!
