Okay, so I'm 14, my name is Brian. I used to be a staggering 180 pounds, standing at 5'7. But I decided to lose weight, and now I'm 5'8 and 125 pounds. For the past month, I've been trying to lose these saggy muscles that I have. I've suceeded for the most part, exept in my pec's and my abs. I have a routine every day when I get up and every day when I go to sleep, I do 30 situps x2, 30 side to side situps x2, 30 obliex sit ups x2, 20 pushups x2, and I do 3 reps with a 25 pound dumbell. I need more exercises, I have a nice little 2 pack, and I don't have any lower abs, and I need stronger pecs. Any suggestions?

Sorry, I do 8 reps with a 25 pound dumbell, and do 3 sets. I had sets and reps mixed up.

Get to a gym. What you have is not sufficient for what you want.

You do not need a gym I started younger than you! No gym, just push ups, push ups with feet elevated on a chair, triceps dips, pull ups, curls with a towell and my leg for resistance, 1-leg squats, lunges, jump-ups, crunches, calf raises, side and rear lateral raises for the shoulders, shrugs, hyperextensions...I eventually needed to get weights and of course trained in gyms...but you do not need to...! Even right now i do not have a gym and am gaining lean muscle mass. For you, as a beginnier... Train the whole body ONCE every other day, 3x time a week M-W-F or so. 1-3 sets per bodypart 15-25 reps Abs included! Work out for 20-40 minutes and then Give it a rest. This is something you are needing to do. Get your diet in order and do train, varying the training intensity a bit every time you work out. (i.e. Start with the high reps and work your way to more intense and lower rep workouts...do this through slower movements, less rest between sets, supersetting exercises, focus on slower raising, or slower lowering..etc) After a few weeks observe how you are responding...make adjustments. Have fun. Welcome aboard Brian!
