If problems of gyno show up during a cycle, I should use of 20-30 mg of nolvadex to take care of the problem, and this quantity of nolvadex should be used for several days until after symptoms subside(just to be safe). Hence,Is rebound xt and ErgoMax enough for my PCT? Is it abousolutley nesecassry to take Nolvadex? Plz,Only post if you are experinced, or have knowledge on this subject.

yes it is absolutely neccessary to take nolva for your pct, it does more than simply get rid of gyno. OTC products such as rebound xt are not nearly enough to use alone throughout a pct. and ergomax is an 'on' cycle product which requires pct, but should not be part of your pct.
