Hi, I am 23 years old and 5'2 and I weight 103 pounds according to my age and my height I should weight about 112-115 pounds. I normally go up to 105 pounds but won't pass that. I have no idea what type of foods to eat and how to gain weight. And, they've told me to go to the gym but, I truly hate the gym. Is there anyway that I can eat the correct and healthy foods to gain weight without having to go the gym? Any advice? Thank you!
