Help with gaining 8 pack abs

Ok here it is. I used to have a 6 pack, then I ran into an article from Men's Health about turning from 6 packs to 8 packs but they 've recently redesigned the web site and changed exercises which I really don't care about since I completed my 8 week program. http://www.menshealth.c...e/Ultimate-eight~pack/v2 And guess what? It worked! Except... I gained only 1 bonus ab... the other side of my stomach has one missing but when I feel around that area I can feel the lines of my 8th pack, but I can't see it. When I look in the mirror I see 7 packs not 8. As written above I have been doing an 8 week program which I thought is too little so I doubled the reps and sets, also before this workout I my obliques weren't noticeable that much as now. Anyway, I was wondering how can I make my 8th ab notice? Should I use some other exercises I don't know about. If so, please post video urls in your messages and thanks alot! I was thinking about cutting down on greasy food and exercising that particular part of body but I don't know any exercises for that part of body. Please I need help respond fast! Also: My upper abs are smaller comparing to my mid and lower abs. Is there any way to even out the size? Also here's a picture where my abs are located (this is not a pic of me since I don't have a camera =(). I came to this forum first because I know there alot of you that are pro's in bodybuilding and know alot about human body anatomy and diet plans and etc. Thanks in ahead. NOTE: My abs look similar to those in pic ;P. As we speak I am turning off my PC and turning on my MP3 Player and working out. I am still teenager so I know that lifting weights are not an option since it will cost me height which I need.

That's a myth, weightlifting doesn't stunt your growth.

na it doesnt stunt ur growth. 8 pack abs? firstly, u need the GENETICS to get this. yes everyone has abs, but they are always different shapes and sizes. if ur into UFC look at GSP's. weird shape. or ronnie coleman, how ripped he is, and he only has a 4 pack. 2nd, U need a low bodyfat % 3rd, ur abs need to be strong. resistance cruches and leg/knee raises etc. 4th. u need enough muscle elsewhere on ur body for the skin to be strecthes across ur abs.
After a few months: Weight: 177lbs 6 reps Deadlift: 300lbs Squat: 240lbs Bench: on hold. Rotator cuff injury

I won't be in the position to comment on the OP's original question, but I really don't understand everyone is mocking him. C'mon ppl, DBB is suppose to help ppl not mock them.

he said something stupid and continues to argue about it with logic that makes no sense whatsoever. He = taller than his weightlifting friend therefore weightliters have their growth stunted Anyhow OP if all you care about is your abs then you just need to cut weight and i believe someone already mentioned that abs are genetic, you may not be able to get an 8 pack.
