Help with fat loss please - Monday, April 21, 2008 11:20 AM ( #1 )
I currently do a four day split
monday - chest & triceps
tuesday - legs
thursday - Back & biceps
friday - shoulders
 
I need to burn some fat too.  Any ideas on what days, how much, etc???  Any suggestions would help.

Anything more specific?  Machines? swimming?  rowing?  How long?  How frequent?  On the same days as my weight training?

You can opt for 30 mins for 3 x per week on off days or just do 20 mins after weights, maybe HIIT, although you progress hiit, up to 20 mins, most poeple cannot start at that.  also doing it after weights hits the fat burn stores faster.
