Help with Weight loss schedule - Thursday, October 26, 2006 12:18 PM ( #1 )
Hi everyone. I really need some sort of week schedule, monday thru sunday to help me reach my goals and i am really not sure where to start. I am 5'5 153 and have already lost about 15 pounds since i started which was proabably about 7 or 8 months ago. I have been told to start using weights but i am really afriad that i will get bulky. My main goals are to just lose weight and tone my stomach. It seems as though most the weight I have is in my abdoman and above. If any of you could give me some kind of workout schedule for a week that would be great! Especially with weights because i really dont know what to do. Thanks everyone!

I am not sure if you have seen this thread but it really helped me out. If you scroll down far enough it has a basic weights program. Women take forever to put on muscle. If you do lighter weights with high reps, you will simply be using more energy.

if you are unsure of what some of those exercises are then go to this site here:

Hope this helped
