Help tested competition

Just compedted at a tested event, this is my second time in a competition I am totally natural accept the fact I took aldactone, and they made me do a pee test, i "accidently tipped the cup in a bit of the toilet water before i peeed. I dont think they get back to you for  few days, if it does come back posative i am going to say i drank some wine in a cup in  the ready room as aldactone is soluble in alcohol,,,how can they possiblt take my first placw away if i had no idea of what i was taking?  please help any suggestions

this comp tests for diuretics? That is what it is, right?

How did you not know what you were taking?
